Thank You For Your Business We Look Forward To Getting Started On Your Project.

Please take a moment to read through these important details and let us know if you have any questions.  We’re excited to get started!

Client Communication and Job Prep

Procedures while working on the job site and what's needed during.

What we do when the job is finished.

Questions: When you contact us we will ask you a few questions,

Do you have any pictures of the Job?

Any concerns you need addressed? ect.

This allows us to get a better understanding of your projects before we come to see or start the project.

Invoicing: Bigger jobs require a contract and invoices to be paid in increments, 1/3rd will be due before we begin the job, and final payment is due upon completion of the work. These payments are crucial to order materials, line up subcontractors and keep your job on schedule.

Client site prepping:  We can move large items, such as the refrigerator or stove.  We kindly ask that you prepare the job in advance by removing small items such as wall hangings, dishes, knick-knacks, etc.

Client Communication:  We are known for great communication and feel that transparency between contractor and homeowner is the key to a seamless process. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you understand the project better.

Parking: We will need to park as close as possible to the job for efficiency. Please let us know if you need us to park in a designated area.

Pets: We love pet, especially dogs, but for your pet’s safety and ours, please do not allow your pet in the work area while we are working. We will try to accommodate your pet(s) as best as possible.

Yard Signs: We would like your permission to set one of our signs in your yard. Yes, the sign helps our company generate business, but more importantly to you, it gives your neighbors our phone number in case they have any concerns regarding the construction.

Clean-up: We will leave all construction areas in a “broom clean” condition at the end of each day.

Dust: Please understand that just about everything we do will generate dust. Every effort will be made to contain the dust, however, 100% containment is impossible. Dust can get just about everywhere. We will cover anything and everything that you direct us to.

Conduct: We respect your property and treat your home like our own. This means our vehicles cannot block others, keep music at a low volume, and clean up after ourselves.

Reviews: Your opinion is important to us! If there is anything we can do to improve our service, please reach out. Once you’ve had some time with the projects results, it would mean so much to us if you would take a moment to leave us a review. We have built our business primarily on word-of-mouth and referrals, and your testimonial mean a lot to our small family business.
